During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. The central position allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area without any hassle. Additionally, the room we stayed in had a balcony that offered a stunning view of the main square, creating a lovely ambiance. Another highlight was the friendly and accommodating staff who made our stay enjoyable.
Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a grumpy receptionist upon arrival and a breakfast arrangement that could use improvement, the overall experience at Olhos Pretos was great. The room provided everything we needed, including twin beds, a fridge, a full bathroom, TV.

The hotel’s location was great and really close to the town center and the bus terminal. the room was clean, but small, and the bathroom was in urgent need of a makeover. the breakfast was basic and nothing special, but good enough to start the day. the view was nothing unusual, but it was fine.
The staff was unapproachable and didn’t seem happy to work there.

The historic property had a lot of character and charm, which made our city trip experience unique and special. We enjoyed the friendly staff, who were accommodating and made us feel welcome. The location was ideal, within walking distance to key tourist attractions and restaurants.
Our room was outdated and some amenities felt neglected. Although the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and some fixtures were broken.
